申请商务签证需提供以下材料，若有必要使馆有权要求申请者提供其他材料。
1 申请者的护照有效期至少六个月(从出国日期开始计算)并至少有一张空白签证页。
2 每个申请者需用英文填写一份14表格 (原件)，申请者须附两张2寸彩色近照(一张贴在14表格上，另一张供扫描用)，照片必须符合下列要求：
3个月内的近照，照片尺寸为35mm (宽)，45mm (长)，无白边； 正面免冠（按特殊宗教或风俗要求戴帽或配饰者，帽子和配饰不得遮盖申请者面部特征），面部尺寸为25mm (宽)， 35mm (长)； 白色背景。
3由新加坡注册公司用英文填写完整的介绍信(即V39A表格) 原件一份。介绍信上必须注有新加坡注册公司的地址、电话和传真号码。
4由新加坡会计与企业管制局 出具的新加坡公司的最新商业注册简况的打印件，该简况内容的打印日期距递交日期不得超过6个月。
5如本人不能亲自到使馆申请签证，则需出具委托书，委托书中须注明被委托人的姓名及身份证号码(中英文均可)。
6由新加坡政府机构、大学邀请或是出席在新加坡召开的展览会、大型会议等的申请者，无需出具39A表格和商业注册简况。申请者只需递交该机构或组织签发给申请者的邀请函。
