我在近两年的保安领班工作中,基本上是称职的,能做好主管的助手,夜间能处理消防、治安等各类应急事宜,还协作保洁车垃圾以及大门岗查证件时的解释工作。在与主管相处的1年里,我也学会了许多东西,尤其是处理事情的技巧,处理问题时既要坚决,又要不失风光,还要把事情处理的美丽,在工作中难免会遇到一些比较麻烦的'问题,就要看自己如何妥当处理。有些事看似简洁,其实要考虑的不仅仅是眼前的效果。经验在积累,但学无止境。
在与同事和班里人员交流的时候,相处的方式就有了提高,以前在布置工作时,只强调效率,但是缺乏一种耐心和手段,现在看来光有好的愿望是不够的,仅仅靠带头做好本职也不够,平常要深入了解员工的思想,发觉问题做思想工作要对症下药,因人而异发挥他们的特长,在适当时候对员工的点滴进步作出些表扬,使他们产生自豪感、荣誉感。对于缺点要批评,但尽可能避免直接冲突。
在平常工作中我也存在一些不足,比如有时候上班时与同事开个玩笑,虽然是一些小节,但也会带来一些不好的影响,要吸取教训,我对自己字写得不太好大伤脑筋,只能说尽量专心。我也会发挥自己的特长,尤其是动手能力和消防技能方面用自己把握的学问协作各部门做好工作。争取在今后把保安领班工作做得更加精彩。我决心努力学习,与时俱进,紧密团结在公司的四周,自觉接受领导交给的任务,不遗余力地奉献自己青春和智慧。

在这三个月的时间里,在领导和同事们的悉心关怀和指导下,通过自身的不懈努力,改进实验室管理,规范实验室的运作,更好地融入到我们这个团队,现将我的工作情况作如下汇报。
一、通过公司对新员工入职培训和在品质部各个岗位的实习。
很快熟悉了公司的规章,感受企业文化熏陶,明白了作为一个管理者应具备什么样的素质,在工作中精益求精,努力为公司做出自己的贡献;品质部门内的实习,了解了生产工艺知识和产品检验规范,为更好的管理好实验室提供了接口的平台,扩大了对各个部门人员的熟悉,方便以后对工作的沟通,提升工作效率。
二、为了加强对实验室的管理。
更新了实验室的流程,加强了仪器设备的维护和保养,培训内部的操作人员,使其能够保证我们检测结果的可靠性。
三、实验室管理程序文件的编写。
因为实验室要规范化管理,目标是要通过国家实验室认证,从现在开始,我们就已经开始为以后的`工作打下基础,按照iec17025的系统去规范我们的工作。
四、实验室的规划完善和xrf仪器的选型评估。
在今后的工作中,我将努力提高自身素质,克服不足,朝着以下几个方向努力:
1、学无止镜,时代的发展瞬息万变,各种学科知识日新月异。我将坚持不懈地努力学习各种实验室管理知识和化学分析知识,并用于指导实践。
