【教学目标】
知识：能听说读写单词an arm, a hand, a leg, a foot
技能：能听说读单词knee, neck, shoulder, finger, toe和短语touch…with…
能力：能根据命令做动作，并能给其他同学发指令，判断他人的动作是否正确
情意：培养学生乐于开口说英语，并用英语进行交流的习惯
【教学重难点】
1、掌握四会单词arm, hand, leg, foot；根据指令熟练地做出动作
2、学习三会人体部位词neck, shoulder, finger, knee, toe和短语touch…with…；学会给他人发指令

【教学过程】
1) free talk
用what day is it today? what lessons do you have in the morning? what subject do you like ? how are you? what’s the matter with you ? 等日常交际用语进行交谈。
日常交际用语主要是看看学生对已经教授的句型是否掌握，同时也是为了提高学生学习英语的主动性。（与随读生进行对话）
2) sing a song: play the tape of the song learnt in unit3 and ask the students to sing the song together . （鼓励随读生一起唱歌）
设计意图：一开始就唱一首歌，有利于调动课堂的气氛和学生的热情，可根据实际情况多唱几遍，直至学生进入一种积极的状态。
3)revision
ask the students to recite the words have learnt in the front units and then do a competition to see which one does a better job.
设计意图：口语的练习有助于培养学生的英语口语水平同时也锻炼学生的听力水平因为它们之间是相辅相成的。
4) presentation
1.listen and draw. (1)教师在黑板上画一个圆，让学生想像what is it? 之后，教师加上几笔添上头发启发学生说出it’s a head. (2)指名学生根据指令添画眼睛、耳朵、鼻子和嘴巴（two small eyes, two big ears, a big nose, a small mouth）复习已经学过的人体部位词。(3)教师发指令touch your… 学生听指令边做出相应的动作边说yes, my…
在学生能按要求集体进行听口令，做动作的游戏后，可以设计让学生上台进行小组间的比赛，这样学生参与的积极性会更加高涨。
2.出示图文卡片教学新的人体部位词neck, shoulder, arm, hand, finger, leg, knee, foot, toe,其中arm, hand, leg和foot要求书写。要注意区分hand和head, foot的复数是feet. 老师讲到foot的复数是feet，同时也可以提问学生tooth的复数teeth，扩充学生的词汇量。
3.通过看图文卡片齐读、跟录音读、自由读、边说单词边指部位、同桌互相指部位说单词等练习方式巩固单词。
4.在熟记单词的基础上，师生操练动词短语touch…with…，如：touch your neck with your hand. touch your knees with your hands. touch your toes with your fingers./ touch your hands with your knees. 同桌大量操练，直至非常熟练地听说和做动作。
设计意图：通过教师的创设情境进入学习内容阶段，从而减轻学生对句子内容的理解力。
5.学习歌曲“head, shoulders, knees and toes.”在学唱和做动作的同时巩固单词。
