某某是医院科室管理工作的组织者和指挥者，在医院管理工作中占有举足轻重的地位，尤其在医疗市场激烈竞争的今天，某某管理水平的高低，直接影响着科室乃至全院整体工作的全方位发展，要想做一名称职的某某某,我认为应该做到:
第一、学管理、懂管理、与时俱进、创造性地开展工作
1、作为一名管理者，首先应该能够调动科室的一切资源，将之投入到能产生最隹效应的机会中去。
就我们儿科而言，首先要善于发现科内护理人员的优点，利用其优点，指导其工作，发挥个人专长。其次，建立团队精神，要让他们在协同工作中取得成绩，充分发挥个人力量。再者要抓住重点，以点带面，发挥设备优势和个人优势。
2、要与时俱进创造性的开展工作。标准不只是为科室做出多少成绩，而是要让患者满意。
第二、应具备一定的职业素质
1、加强自身学习，不断提高自身理论知识和技术水平，帅先接受新知识新技术，做专业技术的带头人。
2、在日常工作中热情、诚恳、宽容，经常树立好榜样，向别人看齐，只有这样才能达到下属全身心的投入与支持。
3、不管在什么条件下都能有一个清醒的头脑，一个平衡的心态，井然有序地合理安排好人力、物力，使科室护理工作正常运转。
总而言之，对于实习我觉得，我本是平凡人，却在不平坦的道路上得到那么多人的教诲、鼓舞和帮助。因此，我在进入社会后，我始终会以一颗谦虚、热情和执着的心来对待我的工作和事业，始终以朴实的性格，实干的作风，端正的态度，乐观的精神去诚诚恳恳地工作，踏踏实实的走好人生路。
