转眼间，20xx年已经过去，现从以下几个方面将一年来工程部的工作情景做一评价汇报。
一、进度控制
按照年初公司制定的工程进度要求，主体工程应在X月底完成，实际截止到年底，主体工程全部完成，砌体工程完成80%，比原预定工期平均延误1。5个月。
工期延误的主要原因在以下三个方面：
1、我们事先对该工程的难度估计不足，合同工期过于紧张。本工程定额工期应当在720天，但我们把工期压缩到了350天，这个工期仅有在梦想化的情景下才有可能按计划完成，但该工程由于难度较大，任何一个事先未预料到的情景出现都有可能造成工期的延误并有可能产生连锁反应。
2、我们事先对施工单位的实际实力估计不足。两家施工单位都属于承包职责制，施工单位收取承包人的管理费用，工程的资金投入和管理人员的配置由承包人负责，施工单位不给承包人任何资金支持和人员支持，同时也缺乏必要的管理方面的支持，存在以包代管现象。
制约工期的主要原因在于施工单位的资金和管理方面。资金实力的不足导致材料、设备经常供应不上，工地经常出现停工待料现象，停工待料又经常造成施工人员的流失，劳动力的严重缺乏造成了工程进度严重拖延。在管理方面，一方面管理人员职责心和素质达不到应有要求，另一方面由于劳务层分包层次过多，工班分组过细，无法构成流水作业，导致项目经理在人员调配上存在困难，同时由于劳务层层分包，管理层次过多，上层管理人员尤其是项目经理的管理意图无法在班组得到及时有效的贯彻执行。另一方面此刻的民工也是十分地不好管理，经常因为一些小问题和管理人员对着干。这是导致工期拖延的最主要原因。

针对以上问题的出现，我们工程部全体人员在总经办的大力支持和帮忙下，在资金上和其他各方面采取了一系列措施，也取得了很好的效果，在后半年的施工过程中，不仅仅遏制住了工期进一步拖延的势头，并且延误的工期也在一步步减少。
二、质量控制
从开工以来，工程部始终坚持质量第一的原则，严把质量关，到目前为止，施工质量还是比较令人满意的，虽然以往出现过一些质量滑坡现象也都及时得到了解决，坚持了高质量工程的总体势头，为创杯打下了坚实的基础目前经过市质检站和省站的多次检查，虽然提出了一些问题，但对我们的总体工程质量还是给予了肯定的。按目前情景来看，我们的工程经过省优质主体结构验收问题不是很大。
三、造价控制
在造价控制方面，我们主要从以下几个方面入手。
1、尽可能减少图纸中不必要的成本投入，比如说对于人防地下室的施工，为了节俭成本，我们与公司领导共同研究决定在建筑平面上按照设计院的图纸施工，但结构上按照设计院的图纸施工，这一项估计为公司节俭成本近百万元；我们还经过技术上的改造在不增加成本的前提下增加了一些可供销售的车位，增加了销售收入。同时安装专业也经过提出一些合理化的方案为公司节俭资金近百万元，并所以受到了公司的通报表扬和物质奖励。

四、现场安全礼貌施工
由于本项目的目标是省级礼貌工地，所以我们对于现场的安全礼貌施工也给予了足够的重视，前期由于条件所限，现场的礼貌施工无法做得很好，后期我们针对现场礼貌施工下大力气抓，并取得了良好效果。目前经过盛市安检站的多次检查，近期有望经过省级礼貌工地的验收。
五、对监理公司的管理
总的来说，我们对监理公司的管理是存在必须问题的，主要是缺乏强硬的手腕，没有严格按照合同要求监理公司相关人员到岗，导致监理人员总体素质偏低，最终我们工程部不得不花很多精力去帮忙监理公司完成本应由监理完成的工作，虽然在我们的共同努力下基本圆满地完成了工作，但相应的加大了工程部同志们的劳动强度。但从另一方面来讲，我们应当意识到，为什么监理单位派驻工地的人员整体素质偏低呢究其原因我们认为还是监理费用过低，监理费用低了派过来的监理人员的工资就会很低XX月），工资低的监理人员素质必须是偏低的。
