  工作中有非先进性的表现,思想上有不适应的地方。查找问题和不足,主要有以下几个方面:

  4、对自己要求不够严格。自己有违反纪律行为时,不能够深刻地检查自己,总是找这样那样的理由,给自己下台阶,自本人开脱,自本人安慰,习惯“下不为例”。习惯成自然,思想懈怠,纪律观念不够强,工作作风不够严谨。 这些缺点和不足,表现在工作和生活中,根子生在思想里,问题出在学习上。
