本学期本班的生活管理的指导思想：
介于今年是大学生活的第一年同学们来自与大江南北，生活上有所不适，学习和管理上未养成严于律己刻苦勤奋的作风。本学期工作重心放在关怀同学的日常生活，严格日长生活作风，引导同学门顺利完成由高中生向大学生的过度上。
本学期生活工作目的：
帮助同学们完成初上大学生活上的过渡，做好本质生活工作为同学们的学习提供一个舒适的环境。
生活工作内容：
1、协助其他班委和团支部组织了各项活动，为各项活动做好组织喝后勤保障。其中包括班级聚会.中秋聚会、篮球比赛、趣味运动会、兵马佣之游，团日等。
这些活动极大的丰富了同学们的生活，使得同学们在学习之余在大学同样体会到了家的温暖。使原本枯燥的学习生活变的生动。增加了班级的凝聚力。

2、在本质工作上，我坚持做到了及时领取同学们的包裹信件，保证同学们在第一时间收到远方亲友的关爱。在管理班级财务上，本学期本班共收取班费每人50，并在其他时期收取费用中填充班费，基本上作到了帐目分明，用款得当，在组织各种活动的过程中每比支出都与其他班委共同讨论商量。及时传达学习，生活中需及时办理的琐碎事宜。

本人在大二、大三期间担任我班的学习委员，认认真真、扎扎实实地做好土木102班学习委员的本职工作，切实完成了班主任交给我的任务，并对班级里的各项事务也认真负责。在这一年里，我不断地充实和提高自己。
一、思想方面
本人在当学习委员期间，积极地为预备党员转正做准备，拥护党的各项方针政策，坚持四项基本原则。在工作当中，我也能端正自己的心态，勤勤恳恳，任劳任怨，勤奋刻苦。
二、工作方面
首先，我及时告知同学们任课老师布置的作业以及需要传达的事宜，收发各科作业。课前点名，督促大家按时上课，做到不逃课，不迟到，不早退。通知同学们各项考试的时间和相关安排，提醒同学们按时参加考试不要迟到。和各科老师及教学秘书保持联系，帮助老师安排教室、课堂的调整及教材的发放。
其次，我积极鼓励班里里的同学参加各种学科竞赛。在我们学校组织的结构设计大赛上，我们班就有若干队伍参加，并在大赛上取得二等奖的优异成绩。
再次，我协助班长工作搞好班级工作，组织同学一起上自习，组织班级学习研讨会，让大家在一起交流学习经验，表扬先进，找出问题，并讨论解决。让大家在学习上互相帮助，形成互帮互爱的班级氛围。
三、个人学习

四、努力方向
