工作一年了，结合我自身谈谈UI设计的重要性。现在主流的论坛建站程序有两种Phpwind和Discuz(Phpwind被阿里巴巴收购Discuz被腾讯收购这两个论坛程序都是开源免费的)，下面是UI设计师个人评价：。
利用这两种程序我都分别建立过论坛，我第一次用的是Phpwind后来我转用了Discuz(当时我只是略懂HTML和CSS),迫使我放弃使用Phpwind论坛程序的主要原因是Phpwind论坛界面不太好看(现在phpwind设计团队好像在这方面做了改进)，第二个是很多功能都很难摸清楚，插件安装很繁琐。其实Phpwind的功能比Discuz略强大一点。但是我们现在上网大多都会发现论坛网站都是基于Discuz建立的。Discuz为什么比Phpwind有市场关键取决于界面设计和用户体验设计。
同样苹果的iPhone手机卖的很火爆，iPhone的硬件根本算不上高端，也没有研发什么强大的手机功能(苹果有的手软件件功能智能机基本都能安装)但是苹果就是卖的好!大家都知道是因为iPhone的工业设计界面设计和用户体验设计做得好!
结合各种实例，我们会发现人们的文化素养提高了，应用软件已经不能仅仅停留在满足功能需要。
还需要有审美和文化内涵的需求。现在中国劳动力的主力军是70后80后(未来十年是8090后)而这些人大多接受过良好的教育没有吃过苦，这些人懂得审美有自己的个性，比较挑剔。这就需要我们的软件在界面设计和用户体验设计方面下工夫。这样才会迎合用户的各种需求。使用户满意，获得好的口碑。开拓更广的市场。

时光飞逝转眼间20xx年即将离我们而去，新的20xx年已近接踵而来，光阴似箭，岁月匆匆，时间伴随着我们的脚步急驰而去，穆然回首，才发现过去的一年并不能画上圆满的句号，内心不仅感慨万千，新的一年又开始了，在我们昂首期待未来的时候，有必要对过去一年的工作做一个回顾，总结以往的经验教训，以待在新的一年有所改进。从进入公司以来，在领导及各部门各同事的帮助下，我顺利的完成了工作的任务。在工作期间同事互帮互助，对我也很照顾让我工作上迅速上手。我们公司的开发速度很迅速，从立项、研发、生产工作井井有条一气呵成的完成开发项目。我知道我还有很多不足，还有很多需要提升在下个年度里，我将努力做好工作，积极学习提高自己的设计水平更好的服务公司。以下是我的自我评价：
1、 收获了领导和同事的关照和帮助，让我很好的融入了这个大家庭。
2、 从事一份新的工作，就有新的挑战，新的历练，在工作上也让我了解到以前不同的思维、设计、交互方式的差异，更加完善了我对UI设计的理解。
3、 体验了从需求、立项、设计、研发、生产这一整套流程下的工作模式。 有待进取：
1、 对产品了解不够深：表现在产品使用人群、产品使用环境、产品的优缺点
2、 对用户需求、操作、习性没有做过深度有效的调研。
3、 对产品操作上没有很好的结合使用环境、使用者状态分析
期望公司能在视觉这一块区域能加大力度，视觉和硬件都是产品的竞争力，现今全民交互的大时代，制造工艺的平均化，最廉价的提升产品竞争力的方式就是在视觉上提升。希望公司能给我们设计人员多提供一些专业上的培训机会。参加一些业界顶级设计师讲座等;多思维的碰撞和讨论才能产生完美的产品。工作时间上能科学化安排。
公司产品方面以后可以推出一些亲民产品结合互联网发展趋势，研发普通级别能改善生活的产品。例如智能穿戴、智能家居这方面的产品，生活需求大于工业需求，现在很多网络公司和制造业公司合作，进军智能生活市场。我们应该跟随市场趋势，利用我们公司的优势创造更多的市场竞争力。
在以后的工作中我要保持着良好的心态，不怕苦不怕累，任劳任怨，多付出少抱怨，做好自己的本职工作。在以往的工作当中也存在着不足，争取改正以往的缺点，总结经验吸取精华，分析失败原因和工作当中的不足，为明年的工作做好战前的准备!努力提高设计水平、专业知识和表达能力，提供健全的设计，创造大家共同介入讨论机制，力争每个方案达到完善，望好东西，多交流，多分享。大家互相学习、自我学习、外部学习总之多多学习提升自己的工作能力，更好的服务公司为公司创造更大利润，来报答公司的苦心栽培。

转眼间，来到远洋科技已经三个月了，虽然时间不算长，但是这三个月让我在远洋学到了很多东西，结识了很多朋友，这是我最大的收获。也让我更加热爱这份工作。
设计工作是痛苦与快乐的炼狱，每当面临新的设计任务时，因为觉得自己的水平不够，感觉充满了压力，开始搜集各种资料(包括文字、图片)，接下来寻找设计灵感，沉思、焦灼，经过痛苦煎熬，终于做出来的时候倍感轻松。每当经过艰苦的磨砺，自己的劳动成果得到肯定时，便是工作中最大的快乐!充满了快意。
一、工作总结：
从开始连效果图都做不好到现在能自己套程序，虽然自己也付出了努力，但是更离不开同事们的帮助。在这三个月里，我学习了制作网页的基础知识。从配色到布局，从制作效果图再到切片，再到用dw制作网页，最后套程序。每一个环节我都没有松懈，不管是在公司还是回到家里，我都会充分利用时间来学习，补充自己贫瘠的知识。虽然现在的水平还远远不够，但是扪心自问，我在远洋的每一天都是充实的，没有虚度，我相信在新的一年里，通过自己的努力和同事们的帮助，我会学到更多的东西，不管是在技术水平上还是其他方面，都更上一层楼。
二、工作中的不足：
虽然通过三个月的努力，技术水平有所提高，但是还是存在很多不足的地方，因为基础打的不够好，很多地方学习起来有些吃力，不停的问同事，也给别人带来了不少麻烦，因为知识的不足，使得开始的学习有些混乱，感觉不知道从哪里开始学起，无从下手，浪费了不少时间。
三、新一年的目标：
过去的一年的整体上是紧张的、忙碌的、充实的。因为我刚刚来到远洋，所以对我来说这也是充满希望的一年。展望新的工作年度，希望能够再接再砺，同时也加强自身的能力，工作中与同事多沟通，多关心了解其他部门的工作性质，进一步提高自己专业知识技能，积极吸收新的观念与设计理念，要继续在自己的工作岗位上踏踏实实做事，老老实实做人，争取做出更大的成绩来。

20xx至20xx年毕业于广播电视大学芜湖分校，电子商务专业，在校期间就对设计行业非常的渴望，曾自学3Ds max、Auto CAD、Photoshop、Dream weaver，还了解CorelDRAW、Illustrator，并且对这些设计软件非常的爱好，对自学的那些已掌握了一些基本的操作，能绘制一些基本的实物图，然而我并没有满足，更没有放弃，还一直在自学。只可惜自学总归自学，并不能完全掌握，所以一直都在寻找一个能实践的平台，希望自己能如愿以偿!另外，我虽不是计算机专业，但自信对计算机的了解和操作不比计算机专业的学生差!
在校学习的课余时间里，只要是谈论或者实践有关计算机方面的知识，我都会与学友一起讨论和学习!那时就已熟练掌握Office办公软件，曾在社区做过兼职文员。学习之余还通过在网上了解电脑知识，代朋友组装了一台在当时配置很好的电脑，从而也就使自己在电脑硬件知识方面有了很大提高!
现在已毕业一年多的我，也有过一些工作经历，做过销售员、商场管理、售后服务、电脑技术员。其中最喜欢的就是电脑技术员了，主要是电脑系统及软件和企业网络的的维护，虽然也学了些东西，但感觉学的还是太少了，简直就是九牛一毛，所以就还一直在寻找一份与电脑和设计相关的工作，朝着自己最感兴趣最有潜力的方向去发展!

真的是万事开头难啊，遇到了很多问题，比如：插入的图片不符合规格，一下子把其他内容的框架挤开;插入的层太多，大一点的就把小一点的给覆盖掉了;插入的FLASH不能产生效果。总之问题一箩筐。实践出真知，原来自己还有那么多欠缺的知识。于是回归本源，先把课本上的东西弄通再谈其他。然后又到图书管里借了几本网页制作方面的书籍来参考。
在对基本知识有了详细的了解之后，做起东西来就得心应手多了，知道引导页能过加映像之后，我决定为我的网页设计一个引导页。
然后是主页和二级页面的设置。要注意,网上只能使用JPG和GIF两种图象格式，其他诸如BMP和TIF等很通用的格式都不能用在网上,因为它们太大了,但可以用图象软件进行转换，比如Office 97的照片编辑器。把准备在主页上出现的图象放进相应的目录里后.
在一步一步的边学边做的过程中，看着心中的东西一点一点的出来，真的很有成就感。虽然自己的网页技术还差的远，但是回顾一下这周真的学到了很多的东西。
之前把作过的东西放到U盘里，发生过图片显示不出来的状况，还好即使找到了解救的方法，把源文件和WEB页面放到一起这样就算路径改变的话也不会影响页面的效果。
一.网站的整体规划
1.讨论网站主题：因为自己对普罗旺斯很感兴趣，于是就想到要是一下为心中的仙境设计一个旅游网站。
2.定位网站CI形象：旅游网站最重要的就是是浏览者产生想去亲身体验一下的共鸣。于是在网页设计上面，根据普罗旺斯梦幻般的意境，我采用的是清新隽永的CI形象。使浏览者有宾至如归的感受。
3.确定栏目和板块：
1]首先要考虑整个网页的长和宽，以及长度和宽度之间的比例。
2]其次就应该考虑导航条的设置了。
3]正文的框架设置 (横向因素和纵向因素交错)
在浏览了很多精美的旅游网站之后，再结合自己的想法，我先在草纸上画出了大体的栏目和板块。
4.网站的整体风格和创意：建立一个浪漫的旅行网站，走映像派路线，目的务必使浏览者留下映像。
二.网页制作的前期策划与准备
1.资料的搜集：由于个人的爱好，我很早以前就收集了许多普罗旺斯的美图，这次就方便多了。接着就搜集了一些有梦幻效果的网页背景，FIASH源代码、小图标和一些GIF的动画等。
2.熟悉制作工具软件：
硬件：
一台电脑(64MB以上内存，当然越大越好啦);可以拨号上网;如果你有条件的话,建议:配置扫描仪,这将大大方便图像和文字的输入;
软件：
HTML编辑软件：常用的有Frontpage、Hotdog等，本文重点介绍 Dreamweaver;
图像处理软件：常用的有Photoshop、flash、Fireworks 等;
文件上传软件：常用的有Cuteftp、WSftp等。
