作为一名青年教师，从上岗第一天起，我便深切地认识到自己肩负的责任之重大，提高自身的专业素质和思想水平，是我的首要任务。
一年来，作为新教师，我深知，只有付出更多，才能有些许收获。因此，唯有勤勤恳恳地工作，才能尽早站稳讲台，并在教师这片领域开出属于自己的花朵。一年中，我我本着全心热爱教育事业的精神，实施爱的四有，关爱学生，真诚奉献。每天踏实工作，在实践、探索与反思中，不断提高自身业务素养。
首先，在学科方面，我每天坚持听读英语，每周定期与外教交流，提高自己的口语水平，同时提高自己的专业素质。在教学过程中，以二年级学生身心发展特点和知识接受能力和限度为基点，以全新的教学理念登上三尺讲台，组织课堂教学，并围绕三个维度对学生进行培养，夯实基础，着力在课堂上培养学生在听力、阅读、口语、思维、表达等各个环节的训练与提升，注重课堂教学实施的有效性。重视学生的主体地位，发挥教师的引导作用。同时，积极参加学校教研活动，通过观摩、听课、学习、对照、反思等活动，不断汲取优秀教师的宝贵经验，
反思自己的课堂教学，找出自己的缺陷，找准提升点，提高自己的教学水平。在如今的时代环境里，一个人的知识犹如一粒浮尘，要想更好的立足于社会，必须不断增加知识的广度和深度。工作以来，教学中的活动与任务有时让我颇感压力。因此，我深感加强学习与反思对提高自身业务素养的重要性和必要性。一年来，在实际工作中，也遇到了不少困难。我也由当初的焦躁慢慢磨练成现在的沉稳。
