  时光飞逝,一年的光阴伴随着盛夏的脚步悄然而逝。过去的一学年中,在学校领导的关怀和正确指引下,在学校教师的帮助下,我较好地完成了本学期的各项工作任务。回顾一年来的工作,忙碌伴随着充实,汗水浸润着收获。现结合一年来的思想、工作等情况做以下总结。

  作为一名青年教师,从上岗第一天起,我便深切地认识到自己肩负的责任之重大,提高自身的专业素质和思想水平,是我的首要任务。

  一年来,作为新教师,我深知,只有付出更多,才能有些许收获。因此,唯有勤勤恳恳地工作,才能尽早站稳讲台,并在教师这片领域开出属于自己的花朵。一年中,我我本着全心热爱教育事业的精神,实施爱的四有,关爱学生,真诚奉献。每天踏实工作,在实践、探索与反思中,不断提高自身业务素养。

  首先,在学科方面,我每天坚持听读英语,每周定期与外教交流,提高自己的口语水平,同时提高自己的专业素质。在教学过程中,以二年级学生身心发展特点和知识接受能力和限度为基点,以全新的教学理念登上三尺讲台,组织课堂教学,并围绕三个维度对学生进行培养,夯实基础,着力在课堂上培养学生在听力、阅读、口语、思维、表达等各个环节的训练与提升,注重课堂教学实施的有效性。重视学生的主体地位,发挥教师的引导作用。同时,积极参加学校教研活动,通过观摩、听课、学习、对照、反思等活动,不断汲取优秀教师的宝贵经验,

  反思自己的课堂教学,找出自己的缺陷,找准提升点,提高自己的教学水平。在如今的时代环境里,一个人的知识犹如一粒浮尘,要想更好的立足于社会,必须不断增加知识的广度和深度。工作以来,教学中的活动与任务有时让我颇感压力。因此,我深感加强学习与反思对提高自身业务素养的重要性和必要性。一年来,在实际工作中,也遇到了不少困难。我也由当初的焦躁慢慢磨练成现在的沉稳。

  在积极主动地向优秀老教师学习的同时,探索自己的教学方式和道路,自身实践能力也得到了一定的提高。路漫漫其修远兮,吾将上下而求索。我将抱着教育工作者的崇高感和使命感,一如既往地踏实工作,以不懈的探索和实践来回报华山学校对我的培养。
