首先，要建立医患信任关系。尽管医患关系不和谐的成因有多种，但医患之间缺乏真诚的信任仍是主因。目前，因为种.种原因，不能满足患者对多元化医疗服务的需求，使患者信任度降低。建立医患信任的主导是医护人员，只要我们切实转变服务意识，做到认真诊疗、合理用药，帮忙患者早日康复，才能在工作中偶有失误的状况下，也能得到患者的理解。

今时今日这样的服务态度，或者是处理人际关系已经是行不通的，就如我们汽车美容客户服务一样，如果你凡事都是单一的，以个人的意愿或主观思想为前提，而忽略客户的要求、意愿，轻的话会使客户产生疑虑，严重的是感觉你忽悠或是欺骗他。

处理以上这种情景，我们应当先研究尊重客人的想法，隐藏目的，不要一味的想要客人做项目，首先应立即帮客户处理问题，才找适当的时机去提议客户，说出车的现状是需要保养封釉的项目才能把车搞得漂漂亮亮。
