1。爱岗敬业、奉献教育是师德的基本要求
教师的职业有苦也有乐，仅有爱岗敬业，教师才能进取应对自身的社会职责和社会义务，才能自觉、不断地完善自我，才能在教育活动中有所收获。教师不仅仅是在奉献，并且同样是在汲取，在更新，在升华。教师要付出艰辛的劳动，可是苦中有乐，乐在其中。教师最大的乐趣就是照亮了别人，充实了自我。有了这种成就感、幸福感，千千万万的教师不辞辛劳地为教育事业奉献。
2。热爱学生、教书育人是师德的核心
