Since came to the sea company, joined the Department of Quality Assurance, as a quality inspector, I know the importance of this post, so I do a solid job in their own work, in strict accordance with company standards test products, good quality, will Unqualified product control in the workshop, although the work will encounter many setbacks but I believe I can overcome and seek new solutions. From three aspects of my work to be summed up:
First, the duties:

Third, the performance:
1. Therefore, strict control of product quality, increase sampling ratio, reduce defective produce.Is my job as a quality inspector.
2. The company held a speech contest, I am active use of spare time to collect materials, continue to read the content, learning speech skills, won the honor for the department.

过去的20__年，我在公司领导的关怀下，业务水平有了进一步提升，工作本事方面有了长足的提高。异常对出现的质量问题的处理，有了明显的提高，有必须的确定分析本事。以下我对一年来的工作情景进行评价：
首先，工作时必须做到四个字：认真细心。因为我们所做的保质保量，关系到全公司生产工作的正常运转。如果所做的质量在某个地方出了差错，公司利益会受到影响，那么必将造成不小的危害。生产车间也会因为质量问题而停止生产;这样到了发货日期不能按时发货，必将引起客户抱怨，降低公司信誉，给公司造成不可估量的损失。所以我每一天工作时都尽量坚持清醒地头脑，确保每一份计划都能准确无误，把工作效率提高到最高点。
其次，工作时必须要有坚定不移、不厌其烦的精神。有人说：看看差不多就行了，其实不然，要想成为一个合格的质检员，必须要有耐心、坚持的态度。但要经常到各个岗位查看这些产品是否合格。倘若已经出现质量问题，而其他操作人员没有发现或及时处理的情景下，就必须要督促他们认真负责，并与其坚持良好的沟通，以保证生产计划能顺利进行。所以质检是十分重要的。
最终，工作时必须要与各部门这间处理好人际关系。一个人的力量是有限的，但一个团队的力量却是巨大的。工作过程中，同事之间磕磕碰碰有时也在所难免，但我始终抱着一种平和的心态来对待这些问题，并找出问题关键所在，解除误会，化解矛盾，从而营造一个和谐的工作环境。仅有心境好，才能在工作中发挥自我最大的潜能。一个团队，最重要的就是同心协力，仅有做到这一点，公司的发展才能越来越好。
回顾过去，虽然有了一些可喜的成绩，但同时也发现自身存在的问题。在工作中，有的时候开拓、创新意识不够，事业的发展需要不断地创新，但自我却总是求稳怕乱，在有些问题的处理上瞻前顾后，不够果断。另外在生产过程中出现突发状况时，有时却未能及时向领导汇报。针对自身存在的这些问题，我将认真评价经验，发扬成绩，克服不足，进一步加强理论学习和工作实践，不断地提高自我的工作本事和管理水平。生活每一天都在继续，公司在发展，我也会经过学习不断地完善自我，为公司发展尽自我微薄之力。我相信，只要肯付出，只要有着坚定的信念，无论环境如何改变，也阻挡不了前进的步伐，愿公司的明天更加完美。

时间荏苒，岁月穿梭，转眼间__年就要在紧张和忙碌中过去了，回顾这一年来，我作为公司质检部一名检验员，有很多提高，可是也存在一些不足之处。
半年来，在领导的关心指导下，在同事的支持帮忙下，我不但勤奋踏实地完成了本职工作，并且顺利完成了领导交办的各项临时任务，自身在各方面都有所提升。为了更好地做好今后的工作，评价经验，吸取教训，下头就是本人的年终工作评价：
一、工作收获
1、首件检验
我严格按照控制计划要求，做到不漏检，不少检。
2、巡检
巡检是一项细致的工作。“细节决定成败”，在巡检的过程中，对工序流转的产品，必须按产品流转控制程序办理相关手续后方可放行，并执行上道工序对下道工序负责，下道工序复验上道工序的制度，做到层层把关
3、异常反馈
在生产中经常会因为设备或员工的原因，出现各种各样的异常，小则损坏单个组件，大则损坏成批的组件，出现异常，我会第一时间通知上级领导，及时的处理问题。
二、感想及体会
1、态度决定一切
工作时必须要一丝不苟，仔细认真。不能老是出错，有必要时检测一下自我的工作结果，以确定自我的工作万无一失。工作之余还要经常评价工作教训，不断提高工作效率，并从中评价工作经验。虽然工作中我会犯一些错误，受到领导的批评，可是我并不认为这是一件可耻的事，因为我认为这些错误和批评能够让我在以后的工作中避免类似错误，并且能够让我在工作中更快的成长起来。在和大家工作的这段时间里，他们严谨、认真的工作作风给我留下了深刻的印象，我也从他们身上学到了很多自我缺少的东西。
2、勤于思考
岗位的日常工作比较繁琐，这就需要我们必须要勤于思考，改善工作方法，提高工作效率，减少工作时间。
3、不断学习
要不断的丰富自我的专业知识和技能，这会使我的工作更加得心应手。
一个人要在自我的职位上有所作为，就必须要对职位的专业知识熟知，并在不断的学习中拓宽自我的知识面。
三、自身的不足
1、工作中偶有因为马虎而造成工作失误，给工作带来不必要的麻烦。以后我会以严谨的工作态度仔细完成本职工作。
2、要进一步加强组件检验工作的系统性、科学性，提高综合分析、解决问题的本事。
3、在完成领导交办的任务的基础上，发挥自身优势，继续加强专业知识的学习，进一步提高各项组件的检验技能。
四、__年的工作规划
在新的一年里，我决心认真提高工作水平，为公司的发展贡献自我的一份力量。在今后的工作中要虚心向其他同事学习工作方面的经验，借鉴好的工作方法不断提高自身的素质，使自我的全面素质再有一个新的提高，以适应公司的发展和社会的需要。要进一步强化敬业精神，增强职责意识，提高完成工作的标准。
