首先感谢公司领导能给我这次机会,在这次活动上发言。很荣幸来到集团宁德分公司担任一名保洁员,这份工作对于我来说来之不易,从上岗的第一天开始,我就以严谨的态度来对待这份工作,我将为公司的发展出一份自己微薄力量而努力奋斗。 做保洁工作在很多人眼里都是不值得一提的工作,我原来也是这么想的,可是自从真正的接触到实际工作中的时候,才发现并不简单。看似每日重复、机械、单一的保洁工作其实是有技巧的,甚至是可以从中找到乐趣的:按照事先制定的保洁计划(流程)做基本的保洁,这就要求对基本的工作流程、标准理解准确;其次要对责任区域的情况了如指掌,知道哪些地方是重点区域,哪些地方会造成盲点,根据这些情况在工作中适当确定流程中的关键环节;
第三是对新技术(工具)的接受、应用。每一个新技术、新产品肯定都有它的先进之处,使用得好可以节省人力、加快进度、提高质量(可以榨水车为例、垃圾推车),虽然刚刚开始使用时会有不习惯甚至排斥的心理,但是,只要掌握了它的特性、使用技巧,就一定可以妥善处理好人与物的关系,使之为我所用。安全也是我们工作的重点,是我们工作的保证,不然我们工作做的再好,都毫无价值。可能有人会说保洁有什么不安全的事件?其实不然,比如地上有水没有处理好,会造成人员滑倒;高处作业时没有按照规范操作,会造成自己伤亡。另外节能减排、环保意识也不能少,在我们日常工作中很多只是举手之劳,但可以做到环保也可节能减排。比如:核电大厦各个公共卫生间的洗手池上方有一个空调凝结水,只要我们把水池出水口塞一下,每天洗拖把的水就足足有余了;再比如:我们的垃圾袋更换,垃圾桶只有一点固体垃圾的话,我们就直接把垃圾取出不换垃圾袋,每天节省一点,长年累月也是不少的量。其实在我们日常工作中有很多类似小技巧,希望大家积极探索发现,再加以持以恒,融合到实际工作中,最后使之自然而然的成为日常工作中不可缺少的组成部分。平常我在工作区域内,只要发现垃圾、纸屑、水渍等立即进行清除,保持清洁,不留死角,决不因为自己工作的疏忽,而影响我们优美干净的工作环境服务,让我们的业主每天都能在干净舒适的环境中工作。
