在家好!
首先感谢公司领导能给我这次机会，在这次活动上发言。很荣幸来到集团宁德分公司担任一名保洁员，这份工作对于我来说来之不易，从上岗的第一天开始，我就以严谨的态度来对待这份工作，我将为公司的发展出一份自己微薄力量而努力奋斗。 做保洁工作在很多人眼里都是不值得一提的工作，我原来也是这么想的，可是自从真正的接触到实际工作中的时候，才发现并不简单。看似每日重复、机械、单一的保洁工作其实是有技巧的，甚至是可以从中找到乐趣的：按照事先制定的保洁计划(流程)做基本的保洁，这就要求对基本的工作流程、标准理解准确;其次要对责任区域的情况了如指掌，知道哪些地方是重点区域，哪些地方会造成盲点，根据这些情况在工作中适当确定流程中的关键环节;
第三是对新技术(工具)的接受、应用。每一个新技术、新产品肯定都有它的先进之处，使用得好可以节省人力、加快进度、提高质量(可以榨水车为例、垃圾推车)，虽然刚刚开始使用时会有不习惯甚至排斥的心理，但是，只要掌握了它的特性、使用技巧，就一定可以妥善处理好人与物的关系，使之为我所用。安全也是我们工作的重点，是我们工作的保证，不然我们工作做的再好，都毫无价值。可能有人会说保洁有什么不安全的事件?其实不然，比如地上有水没有处理好，会造成人员滑倒;高处作业时没有按照规范操作，会造成自己伤亡。另外节能减排、环保意识也不能少，在我们日常工作中很多只是举手之劳，但可以做到环保也可节能减排。比如：核电大厦各个公共卫生间的洗手池上方有一个空调凝结水，只要我们把水池出水口塞一下，每天洗拖把的水就足足有余了;再比如：我们的垃圾袋更换，垃圾桶只有一点固体垃圾的话，我们就直接把垃圾取出不换垃圾袋，每天节省一点，长年累月也是不少的量。其实在我们日常工作中有很多类似小技巧，希望大家积极探索发现，再加以持以恒，融合到实际工作中，最后使之自然而然的成为日常工作中不可缺少的组成部分。平常我在工作区域内，只要发现垃圾、纸屑、水渍等立即进行清除，保持清洁，不留死角，决不因为自己工作的疏忽，而影响我们优美干净的工作环境服务，让我们的业主每天都能在干净舒适的环境中工作。
