  自199x年8月我被公司授予技术员职称至现今,已有四年的时间。在这四年中,我一直在运行部工作,凭借自己的努力和领导的提携,从一名主值班员晋升到了值班长,进而又被提拔到了部门助理一职。在这期间,我对我们公司首站的各系统有了更深入的了解和认知,对一些系统发生的各类事故有了一定的独立分析和处理能力,做好了一个技术员应尽的职责。

  我在学校学的专业是热工及自动化控制专业,但从事我们的首站运行工作却最需要的是热机、电气等方面的知识。这对我来说就是一个新的挑战,还需要不断的学习提高,使自己的专业技能能全面发展。所以,我就找来一些有关这些方面的专业书籍,针对我们的系统进行针对性的学习,同时还请教一些老师傅和专业人员,请他们现身说教。经过自己的努力和同事的帮助,总算功夫不负有心人,我的专业知识和专业技能都有了很大的提高。

  但我对我们系统有关热工方面的知识还是特别关注,并深入去了解和掌握它。同时在自己学好之余,还承担向其他运行人员说教的职责。我们公司的热水网工程是采用计算机监控系统实现热水网生产运行的数据的全面监控的。它的主要组件包括控制器、输入输出模件和监控站。我公司首站共有18套美国霍尼韦尔公司的scan3000/s9000集散型控制系统(distributed control system,简称dcs),它具有热水网运行回路控制,数据采集,数据通信,集中化的信息管理和操作显示功能。它配有2台s9000控制器,另配置12台单回路控制器(honewell udc3300),作为控制回路的冗余控制器和紧急手操器。udc作为备用手操器可以在dcs发生故障时,对调节回路进行控制。具有易操作、可编程、稳定性高的特点。dcs系统与udc之间能实现无扰动切换,确保系统运行的稳定性。s9000控制器通过dvc通讯口的dmc通讯回路与单回路控制器实现通讯;通过mgtsta通讯口与系统监控站的通讯卡相连接。有了这些控制系统,平时各种参数的调节以及人员的劳动就有了事半功倍的效果。这些控制系统是由测量元件(温度变送器、压力变送器、差压变送器)、控制元件(s9000、udc),执行机构(调节阀等)构成。控制流程是这样的,现场一次表计采集数据,由变送器发出4—20ma信号给s9000(也就是常说的dcs),1—5v信号给udc。然后由s9000或udc发出4—20ma信号(udc用串接250ω电阻,将1—5v信号转为4—20ma信号)给执行机构进行调节。在这过程中,仪表的电源由两台西门子24v直流电源提供(此两台电源互为备用),电源送至配电器,然后由配电器给一次仪表供电(中间加配电器是为了在仪表维修时,不至于发生短路,而损坏直流电源)。dcs或udc接收到信号即在crt或udc自带屏上显示。控制时dcs或udc发出信号给阻抗转换器、配电器,经隔离模块或隔离继电器传给执行机构进行控制。隔离模块是通模拟量信号的,即连续控制信号4—20ma,如阀门的开度、液位控制等;而隔离继电器是将开关量信号反馈至dcs的,如温度开关、压力开关及泵的启、停状态等(加隔离模块、隔离继电器是为了隔离强电信号,以免把s9000中的回路控制卡烧坏)。

  在倒班运行期间,作为一名值班长,我承担着整个热水网安全经济运行的重责,上班期间精神高度集中,带领班组成员一起精心调节参数,认真分析各项数据,总结规律,及时查找和发现设备的缺陷和隐患,防止扩大事故。不仅确保了热水网的安全运行,而且还做到了经济运行。在一些参数及设备异常时,能做到及时分析、查找原因并汇报,具备了一定的独立分析能力。平时上班期间,经常认真学习各种专业知识和运行规程,并且能经常在头脑中做好各种事故预想。在首站发生各类事故时,能准确、果断的进行处理和调度,迅速恢复系统的正常运行。在运行部办公室工作期间,我不但承担着运行部的日常管理、后勤工作,而且还承担着辅助运行人员作好各项安全经济运行工作。和部门领导一起作好各项数据的经济分析和负荷预测,参与各项事故的分析处理、系统的技术改造等工作。如:首站crt显示大网回水压力值白天流量大时经常升高,需经常放水,经过几天的观察统计,都有此现象,自查首站无问题,分析可能是有用户站存在漏点,白天启动时压力大于我们管网的压力而向我们管网漏水。遇到以上类型的问题,我们统计分析好后就联系相关部门去解决,为其他部门更好的处理问题提供了第一手的资料。

  时间如流水,转眼间我已在____项目工作一年多。对于工民建经验不是很足的我来说,这短暂的历程耐人寻味。经过前辈精心教导,与同事间无话不说的沟通,我很快融入这个气氛很好的工作环境。同时对项目部的组织结构,工作流程等各个方面都基本了解。作为项目部的技术员,应当做好以下工作:施工图纸拿到手,要在第一时间结合各专业仔细审核图纸从而提出并汇总图纸问题,以便尽快联系设计院﹑业主﹑监理共同参加图纸会审;看懂并领会图纸的基础上需要认真﹑细心﹑严谨的态度去做好各分部分项工程材料的算量工作(比如一栋楼的钢筋﹑混凝土﹑模板等各种所需材料量),建材算量工作目的是为项目施工作年度﹑季度及月材料采购作计划,从而能够为项目施工过程中进行有效材料控制;凡事预则立,不预则废,任何关键部位施工之前,技术员应当提前预先做好各种施工方案及技术交底资料并对各工长及班组进行技术交底,同时在施工控制过程中进行监督技术交底落实情景;工作中实践是与理论相结合的,在项目的整个施工过程中必须每一天去工地现场了解和检查情景,从而对现场各方面技术,安全等进行专业性的技术指导,其次依据现场的情景周密研究下一道工序需要注意的一些技术问题并提前给施工班组打预防针。

  虽然是短暂的一年,但还是让我觉得很充实和有收获的。由此我想谈谈在那里工作的几点体会。

  首先,工作态度决定一切,刚来到项目部时,由于初次从事技术工作,对自我的工作资料很不明确,有种雾里看花的感觉,从而导致工作事情没有很好的计划。刚开始,我甚至对这份工作迷茫。之后经过自我不断的调整心态,虽然没有人说,但我自然而然的就明白了作为技术员该做一些事情,一些不懂的东西也迎刃而解了,顿时让我豁然开朗。如今一旦工作,我会以充分的热情来干好每一件事情。心态的调整使我明白技术员有发展才能、增长知识及管理的机会。如果我们能以充分的热情去做最平凡的工作,也能成为最精巧的职工;如果以冷淡的态度去做最高尚的工作,也可是是个平庸的工匠。拥有进取的心态,就会拥有一生的成功。

  其次,工作中不断评价及学习,实践是检验理论的标准,重要的是将理论知识运用到工作中,并进一步提高、升华。初次从事技术的我当务之急就是拼命的学习,查阅及熟悉各种建筑图集、国家规范及规程,为的是能尽快熟悉并独当一面的进行工作,在以后的工作中需要进一步摸索和思考,活学活用,来解决实际的问题。

  最终,沟通是工作的桥梁,沟通在工作中占据着极为重要的位置,没有沟通,就没有成果。异常是建筑管理者需要与各类人员(领导,同事,较难沟通的施工班组的工人等)沟通,正因我们的沟通对象有些是民工,我们就更需要沟通技巧。同样一件事和同样的沟通目的,不一样的沟通方法就能产生不一样的效果。所以我觉得在工作中要不断揣摩和评价沟通技巧,进一步让现场施工班组能够更好的协调和配合项目的各项工作。
