一年来，在领导及同事们的帮助指导下，通过自身的努力，我个人无论是在敬业精神、思想境界还是在业务素质、工作能力上都得到进一步提高，并取得了一定的工作成绩，现将本人一年以来的工作、学习情况汇报如下：
一、加强政治学习，注重提升个人修养。
在政治思想上，我坚持社会主义道路，拥护共产党的领导，认真学习“三个代表”的重要思想，深入把握其精神实质。我积极参加思想政治学习，提高自己的政治理论水平和综合素质，并在实际工作，根据自身岗位特点，切实作好本职工作。通过学习，进一步提高了思想政治觉悟和道德品质修养，做到了与人为善，和睦相处。提高了对发展是第一要务的认识，有效地增强了工作的系统性、预见性和创造性。
二、加强理论与业务学习，努力提高财会人员的政治素质和业务水平
1、认真搞好“廉洁执法，永葆先进”主题实践活动，努力发挥党员先锋模范作用。根据分局党委的统一部署和要求，财务股党支部采取集中学习和自学两种方式，学习了讲话、社会主义荣辱观、温对工商工作的重要批示、《党章》、《公务员法》、六项禁令等，并按要求认真作了笔记，写出心得体会。通过“廉洁执法，永葆先进”主题实践活动，财务股全体党员党性观念进一步增强，团结的气氛进一步浓厚，思想作风、工作作风得到进一步改进。同时加强了基层党组织建设，于今年8月发展了2名入党积极分子。
2、加强财务人员业务培训，提高财务人员职业道德和业务素质，为拓宽知识面，不断提高会计人员的业务能力，3月份财务股全体同志参加了市局财务科组织的会计电算化培训，10月份全局财务人员参加了红花岗区财政局组织的财务人员继续教育。

四、明年工作打算
1、增强财务预算执行情况的控制分析，进一步加强会计核算工作，为领导决策提供有用的决策信息。进一步加强财务日常监督工作，严格执行国家财经纪律，保证财务工作的真实、完整，维护全局整体利益。
2、进一步加强部门间的沟通、协调工作，推行机关、基层工商所财务管理明朗化。严格按部门职责做好本质工作，围绕全局工作重心，努力工作，给领导当好参谋。
3、进一步做好固定资产管理工作，进一步做好固定资产的清理及固定资产帐卡的的明细登记。
4、认真完成好上级部门和领导交办的其他各项工作。
