书本的知识毕竟是有限的，本人积极参加了很多社会实践和社团的工作，从事了大到组织策划晚会、小到文秘接电话的工作，积累了很多了从失败到成功的经验。我认为实际操作能力和组织合作能力的学习更为重要。
在平时的实践努力中，我感觉我学到了很多，特别是一些书本上学不到的工作经验，虽然以前有过成功，也有过失败，从中我的到的是很多做事的原则和处事的经验对于现在的我来说，做事也变得成熟稳重了。在过去的工作中，我做事认真负责，有团队合作精神，还有较好的交际能力。
