贵州建材有限公司：
本人因工作需要，挂靠于贵州消防工程有限公司。因本人承接了“帝茅公馆”建设项目，遂于20xx年元月11日以贵州赋安消防工程有限公司与贵司签订《防火玻璃窗、防火卷帘安装工程合同》。合同签订后，贵司依约全面履行了合同义务，如今该工程早已投入使用，但至今本人尚有20万元合同款未支付给贵司!
对该笔本人应支付给贵司的20万元合同款，本人现向贵司做出如下付款承诺： 所欠贵司20万元债务，全部由本人独自承担支付责任。
在本承诺书签订之日，本人即支付10万元至贵司账户。
余下10万元，本人在本承诺书出具后 日内一次性支付至贵司账户。
